Waivers

Turn on document signing before check-in, and members with a waiver to sign must sign it before they can check in or book.

Coach pay
Pay coaches for the classes they coach
Set a rate per class, per hour or per appointment, with a bonus per attendee if you like. Payroll adds it up for any period.
- Pay a class only when someone was booked, if you choose.
- Close the period once you’ve paid, and record it as expenses.
- Coaches see their own pay under My pay.
Front desk
Members check themselves in
Turn a tablet at the door into a kiosk. Members scan the QR code from their app or type their PIN, and Finegym checks that their membership covers the visit.
- Walk-ins sign up at the kiosk, choose a plan, pay by card and sign your waiver.
- Members can book today’s classes and buy a plan there too.
- Staff check members in from any page with Scan member, or from a class.

Yes. Make sparring its own class type, let only the plans you choose book it, and cap its spots. Walk-ins can’t book it from the kiosk unless their plan allows it.
Yes. Turn on Require document signing before check-in. Anyone with a waiver to sign must sign it before they can check in or book, in the app, on your website or at the kiosk.
Yes. Add each child as a dependent on the parent’s profile. The parent books for them, pays their invoices and signs their waivers. Children don’t need an email.
