All content, features, design elements, software code, interfaces, text, graphics, logos, audio, video, and documentation made available through the Finegym platform and associated websites are the intellectual property of Finegym LLC, unless otherwise noted.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • The Finegym SaaS platform (admin dashboard, mobile apps, APIs);
  • Visual design and UX/UI elements;
  • Instructional materials, user guides, and documentation;
  • Reports, analytics interfaces, and code-generated content;
  • Trademarks, logos, slogans, icons, and branding elements.

These works are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws in the United States and internationally.

Certain portions of the Finegym platform may incorporate third-party open source components (libraries, fonts, etc.) licensed under their respective terms.

Finegym reserves all rights not expressly granted. No content from our Services may be:

  • Displayed in public or on third-party platforms;
  • Used to create derivative works;
  • Incorporated into competing products or services;

without prior written permission from Finegym LLC.

Use of Finegym’s materials beyond platform-internal usage constitutes a violation of this Notice and may result in civil and/or criminal liability.

4. Limited License to Users

Subscribers and authorized users of the Finegym platform are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform strictly for lawful purposes related to gym management and operations.

This license does not grant permission to:

  • Share, resell, or license the software or content to third parties;
  • Repurpose documentation or interface layouts for external use;
  • Copy or clone the Finegym service, brand, or business model.

5. User-Generated Content and Waivers

Users who upload content (e.g., policy documents, logos, staff bios) retain ownership of that content but grant Finegym a license to use, display, and store it as necessary for platform operations.

Finegym disclaims responsibility for user-submitted content that violates third-party copyrights or intellectual property rights. Responsibility for securing necessary rights and permissions lies with the user.

6. Reporting Copyright Infringements (DMCA Policy)

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on the Finegym platform in a way that constitutes infringement, please submit a takedown request that includes:

  • Your name and contact information;
  • Identification of the copyrighted work;
  • URL or description of the infringing material;
  • A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized;
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that your claim is accurate;
  • Your electronic or physical signature.

Finegym takes infringement seriously and will pursue legal action as required to protect its intellectual assets.
