What each integration does
Connect one from Settings, under Integrations, in a few clicks: for Kisi, Twilio and Wellhub you enter details from that service’s account; for Zoom, QuickBooks Online and Zapier you sign in on their site and allow Finegym in.

Your schedule in the calendar you already use
Every staff member can add their classes and appointments to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook, where they keep themselves up to date. A shared front desk calendar can show everyone’s. Connect Google Calendar too, and members can’t book you for an appointment while you’re busy there.

Kisi, Twilio, Zoom, Wellhub, QuickBooks Online and Zapier are on the Starter and Growth plans. On Free, each one shows a button to upgrade. Google Calendar and calendar sync work on every plan.
Finegym has no public API. Zapier connects Finegym to thousands of other apps without any code: new members, memberships, bookings and leads can start a Zap, and a Zap can add members, leads and notes to Finegym.
Twilio bills your Twilio account for texts, and your Zapier plan decides how many Zaps you can run.
The Owner and Managers, or anyone you give the Settings permission. Each staff member connects their own Google Calendar.
It stops from then on. What it already did stays: texts sent, doors already given, invoices already in your books.
